Firstly, to be a successful CEO, one has to be passionate and enthusiastic about the company and the product/idea.
Secondly, someone who has built the business from nothing.
In this case however, Tim Cook took over from the late Steve Jobs. He has done no less of a work and has even brought the business to greater heights and significantly improved the value of the business. That to me proves his ability and showcases his commitment to the business. So yes, Tim Cook is a successful CEO/Entrepreneur! 👍🏻
