Apple's most successful decade with Cook
Tim Cook had a challenging task when he took over $Apple (AAPL.US)$ from the visionary leader Steve Jobs. In fact, Cook became CEO of $Apple (AAPL.US)$ during a tough period when the company's future appeared shaky. While Jobs co-founded the company and defined Apple as a modern computing juggernaut with iMac, iPhone, iPad and iPod, Cook managed to successfully release new products, including the Apple Watch and AirPods, and services, such as subscriptions to iCloud, Apple Music, Apple News+ and Apple TV+ that would go on to transform $Apple (AAPL.US)$ into the world's most valuable and profitable company that is publicly traded, ahead of other Tech giants $Amazon (AMZN.US)$, $Alphabet-A (GOOGL.US)$, $Microsoft (MSFT.US)$, $Meta Platforms (FB.US)$. Many would argue that Cook may not be as charismatic or quotable as Jobs, but Cook is without a doubt the kind of leader who is directly responsible for bringing $Apple (AAPL.US)$ to a whole new level of success that is unprecedented. Both Jobs and Cook play crucial roles - Jobs' legacy has undeniably paved the way for the success of $Apple (AAPL.US)$ and Cook has convincingly led $Apple (AAPL.US)$ to its most successful era ever. Even as the decade under Cook may not be the most innovative in the hardware aspect, it certainly seems to be the most promising in terms of growth and execution. The all most important question for investors now is whether $Apple (AAPL.US)$ can still keep up with its all-encompassing pursuit of growth with the challenges ahead which Cook have to craftfully mitigate to ensure its continued success in the future.
The other CEO worth following is Elon Musk who has ironically proclaimed 'I don't want to be CEO of anything'. Though his repeated saying he doesn't want to be CEO may be a thorny issue for some investors, Musk's bold vision and perfectionism have driven $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ to be the world's most valuable car company today.

Krel : Company needs visionaries like Steve Jobs at Apple, while Elon is a visionary too so Tesla is successful. Virgin have Branson. All successful company needs visionaries. While Cook is an executioner, Appl can do well under him but not in terms of innovation. The world and investors need more visionaries.
