trulysg : Limited upside mainly due to increasing competition in the EV space in the long term.

Many more established automakers like Ford, Toyota etc are catching up by manufacturing their own EVs.

In share price alone, xPev a close rival has already caught up with NIO. Just recently, xPev has also entered the Norway market to compete for a share of the already small pie.

Other factors that may cap it's upside in the near term includes:

1. Global chip shortage problem leading to higher costs for everyone from manufacturers to companies and to consumers

2. Threat of delta variant still remains a major threat to complete reopening of major world economies

3. Danger of Chinese ADRs being forced to delist due to strict US account regulatory standards

Can consider accumulating some if it drops to low 30s. But highly not recommended to enter now at this price.
