(MT Newswires) -- Paysafe (PSFE) said Sunday it has agreed to purchase German payments technology company viafintech in an all-cash deal.The financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close over the coming months, were not disclosed.Paysafe said the acquisition will help accelerate its growth in Germany and other key markets where consumers continue to move away from the legacy banking system.Viafintech operates via a network of 20,000 points-of-sale with more than 20 retailers and also has tie-ups in the banking, bill payments and e-commerce industries, according to a statement.
