Moo Moo will most likely be having a lawsuit filed on them come next week due to direct and documented misinformation and lies, copy and paste customer service with no actual knowledge of workings, directly ignoring customer service messages and requests, with holding funds, failure to properly inform customers of pertinent events and changes to account, outright negligence of obligations and duties as a brokerage entity, unexplained or addressed delays in purchases and submissions resulting in loss, the list goes on,
Depending on their actions moving forward.
If anyone has any issues with supporting documentation they would like to submit or add but have just dealt with because its too much time and effort, reach out to me.

Well, MooMoo clearly has sealed their fate, over something so simple and small.
After having to force my issue to be escalated and have any other person besides to copy and paste “customer service” agents speak to me outside of a script, doing their job for them. I today reveive a wonderful email from “Dora” which i suppose is their fraudulent supervisor etc.
Low and behold after all warnings requests and stating that everything they have sent me and said was filed for attorney,
… I get the same exact copy and pasted repeats and all issues and comments ignored and not addressed, by the “supervisor” - “Dora”. So thats it for being civil and trying to get a very simple issue resolved by them.
Reach out with anything you’d like added to Filings.
