Li Xiaodong, co-founder, chairman and chief executive of Singapore's Winter SEA Group (NYSE: SE), has become Singapore's richest man with a net worth of more than $128 billion, as shares of the company, known as Southeast Asia's "little Tencent", have soared this year.
