Apple hype? Customer support issues
$Apple(AAPL.US$ Apple may be so hyped right now. Im an Apple user for macbook, ipad and iphone. Lately, my customer support experience with the brand has been terrible. This is a stark contrast with my experience approx 7-8 years ago. No matter what development they are dishing out, I believe if the customer support is not done right, it will pay back in due time.
These issues are rarely reported as compared to new product launches.
