Morgan Stanley downgraded the US stock market to underweight on Tuesday. The strategist wrote, "We believe that September to October will be the final stage of the cycle transition. This will be a bumpy period. Our cycle model is still in a state of'expansion.' But the stock market will face the next two months. The economic, policy, and legislative agenda constitute huge uncertainty."
