Look at the PT Map I supplied a couple days ago by Analyst's with targets from 2.0-12.0, Average/Middle PT of 5.25 I believe. What would I sell at, shears depends on other catalysts hitting my positions, and whether I've been profitable over 20% and preferably 50%, before I take portions to full positions out. In the case of PROG I sold a big chunk at 26% Roi at 1.26 (I think), and have now cleared the entire position use in LPTX yesterday where I pulled 54% Roi in a Pre-Market Day Trade. So as you can see, you need to look at your own situations for the PT you want, using ratings only as very Gritty points of thought.
