$Desktop Metal (DM.US)$ The frequency of acquisitions is a bit odd. If the track were a gold track, it would be impossible for a small company like DM to acquire it, let alone integrate it so frequently. If the track was not a gold track, DM would not have made so much money when it was listed to allow it to buy like this.
One possible explanation is that DM got a really big deal when it went public. In a few months, none of his younger brothers would get such a good deal, and the market's enthusiasm for incremental manufacturing would fade, leaving DM to sell his body to the lucky guy.
