Internal selling before shit gets real or investors getting smarter?

$NIO Inc(NIO.US)$ the only stock I know capable of faking bullish reversals not just once but twice in a span of a week. hammer on 13/9 and dragonfly doji on 15/9. both are very strong reversal candlestick patterns but this stock defied them all... no need to imagine too hard what is to come...
