The Singapore stock market was the first market I encountered, and at that time I did not know how to choose a company with potential.
I randomly bought a company, but it turned out to be a pitfall that plunged me into the abyss.
That company is Sembcorp Marine (SMM), this pit is really not small. They had two right issues within 2 years. In the first right issue, I participated, but after the transaction was completed, the stock price was lower than the price I participated in. Now they have announced another right issue and I feel really despair.
I have put it aside and don't want to look at it anymore. I hope there will be some improvement in the next year or two.
This trade has deeply taught me that I must have a comprehensive understanding of the company before each trade.
