My red flags
1. Having earnings reports or calls where no financials are discussed, or only non-GAAP metrics are emphasized. Having earnings reports filled with caveats and only forward looking statements to take emphasis away from current performance.
2. Management consistently selling shares doesn’t add any confidence. Well if the executive management team can’t find good ways to reinvest their profits, then I’m not going to invest my hard earned cash into them.
