For a growth company: no jobs page. If a company is in a fast growing industry and they are not hiring people, it's a red flag.
I invested in an electric vehicle company (GreenPower Motor). They are in a fast growing industry and all of their competitors has jobs pages on their websites, but not GP. That was a red flag. It prompted me to search more. Eventually a shortseller report came out and it was revealed that the company was a scam.
