red flags

losing money year after year, issuing shares regularly, missing earnings date, and doing business with companies with a history of fraud/misleading investors. e.g if you read $WiMi Hologram Cloud(WIMI.US)$ disclosure they cite frost and Sullivan multiple times. if you research who the analytics company is they seemingly have a knack for telling companies how good their products and services are when in reality it's not true.
