Regarded as the biggest dark horse in the sportswear industry, Allbirds formally submitted the regulatory documents for the initial public offering on August 31, Eastern Time. It will be listed on the Nasdaq under the stock code "BIRD". The initial issuance scale is expected to be 1 Billion US dollars, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America are joint underwriters.
