Buy or sell depends on the trade plan
Trade plan could be either based on fundamental or technical analysis.
I will briefly discuss how to buy and sell based on technical analysis. Look at the weekly MA to gauge the trend. If trend is up, buy. If trend is down, the experience traders can short the stocks but newbies should not short. If the trend is sideway, do nothing. Weekly MA is easier to gauge the trend than daily MA.
