Kim Guan : FYI BBig is not going through a merger, they are doing a spin-off, Tyde. Bbig will still be in the market even after Tyde is listed.
And they are giving off dividend to those who owns Bbig shares. How many, I don't know... Wait till 4 Oct or 11 Oct when they layout more details officially...
What I heard of is that to list a share, it has to be at least $4 per share. Rumors say it could be a 1 to 1 share dividend giving to those who own $Vinco Ventures (BBIG.US)$
