Service has now been restored and we are working to fully restore normal operation.
OUR SERVICES ARE NOW BACK ONLINE AND WORKING TO FULLY RETURN THEM TO REGULAR OPERATIONS
We believe the root cause of this outage is an incorrect configuration change.
“WE WANT TO MAKE CLEAR AT THIS TIME WE BELIEVE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THIS AGAINST WAS A FAULTY CONFIGURATION CHANGE”
The root cause of this failure also affected many internal tools and systems.
DAMAGE CAUSE OF ATTACHES ALSO IMPACTED MANY OF THE INTERNAL TOOLS AND SYSTEMS
There is no evidence that user data was leaked due to an outage.
ALSO HAVE NO EVENCE THAT USER DATA WAS SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF THIS AGAINST
