Upset morning
$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ Woke up this morning to find highest price at $805, but my stop limit order of same order price did not proceed.
Went to customer service, they said Moomoo assist to place order but the deal is up to the US exchange market.
Anyone encounter this before?

GM 1 : U should insist if u have evidence. I have similar issue. I Edited a buy order of a lower value, but the confirmed Txn came back higher. Moo taking time to check - I will follow up
103026308 OP : I have their system order notice & also the image of the price & my order which did not go thru. Maybe I should try with another customer agent later.
orangeberry : There might be lots of order in front of you and the buyer didn’t purchase a lot… so when is your turn, the price dropped
