Question: People affected by App issues yesterday night

Has anyone tried contacting moo moo regarding compensation for the losses incurred due to the app issues yesterday? I wasn’t able to execute my order which would helped to cut my losses on a long position (would have been executed based on graph). Please share your experience and let us know if you have any resolution so we can try the same

    Sorry for all the inconvenience caused.
    After investigation, we found that the malfunction is due to multiple network failures of our network operators. Some clients' assets can't be displayed properly at the moment, but the malfunction will not cause any actual loss of asset. Client assets will be displayed properly after the relevant services are restored.

    Due to the errors, many of us were not able to amend / cancel our positions. Please see screenshots attached when I tried to 1) cancel my additional position and 2) amend the target price of my limit order but an error showed up. Yet the original target price of my order in (2) was not triggered despite hitting the target price of 144.4 at 2.33am.

  • gunsonfire OP Moomoo Lily : As well as between 11.12 to 11.22am so there’s no possibly that the my order of 143.40 did not manage to fill because the price went up and above 143.40. Apple closed at 142.81 after pre market trading and the problem was not resolved till Saturday afternoon so I expect to be compensated for the loss of (143.40 - 142.81) x share size
