Thanks to a poster, Josh, on Yahoo! Finance who seems to know this FINRA rule. Not seeing this info on NASDAQ article nor company press release. Take care... $Retail Value (RVI.US)$ Just heard back from the company and confirmed the date is the 29th, the press releases aside, NYSE determines the date.
