toomanyscammers : to me, I feel that stability is far from achieved and that more bumps are to be expected ahead. this is because their crackdown was deemed to be for five years. China declared a five-year long crackdown plan. But, for the moment, things do seem to be picking up for China though I'm perplexed as to the reason why. I did notice that it seemed to happen after their golden week too.
