As a long-time fan of $Apple (AAPL.US)$, I'm addicted to iPhone, iPad, Macbook and Airpods. Oh...also Apple Music. I'm so used to the Apple ecology. I heard that people buying iPhone 13s now have to wait a month for the delivery. It's a bit long, but...I guess I can bear that. ![]()

I see today that Apple is set to cut iPhone production goals due to chip crunch. Does it mean we have to wait even longer to get our iPhones? How long will the waiting time be? 2 months? 3 months?![]()

DwarfCo : I don’t think the cut in production will affect the stock price in the long term. Production delays is sort of expected seeing how the world is facing global chip shortages. AAPL isn’t the only company affected. I believe the chip shortages is only temporary. Will hold AAPL shares through thick & thin. Still bullish as usual:)
Fundamentalist : No need. Still can use previous previous previous versions… iPhone is so durable
newbie-88 : Four years is a good number because it's typically when things really start breaking: screens, batteries, etc.
mrtruelove : iOS is what matter! $Apple (AAPL.US)$ produce their own phone, own processor, own OS so Apple can optimize it for the best performance. There is not necessary to change new iPhone as long the iPhone is still supported by the latest iOS.
