Novice Trader's Collapse Syndrome

As a newbie entered the market, I don’t have beginner’s luck and don’t believe in it. Every time I made money by luck, finally I will returned it to the market for my strength!Since the beginning of trading, I have suffered from the collapse syndrome:
1. Segmented sleeping
I wake up every one or two hours, and there are all trend charts in my dreams. Luckily, I dream of communicating with the handsome boy occasionally.Suddenly, the alarm clock rang...The stop price has fallen below!! Or it's time for bargain hunting.
The first thing is to touch the phone on the bedside to see if it matches the prediction. Great compassion or joy will be announced in an instant. Stocks and love are the deadly enemies of sleep. $Nasdaq Composite Index (.IXIC.US)$
2. Extreme anxiety
On average, I have to look at the quotation every minute. I can’t live without my phone even eating or going to the toilet. I have to fill up at least 10 groups. When seeing the full screen of news, I feel that my life is substantial and interesting. Is $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ bearish? Do Wall Street experts say it's going to crash?
All kinds of news are the oxygen cylinders of novice investors, without which will be suffocated. The best trick for novices is to ask masters how about xxx stocks, do you want to cut? It's not enough to ask one person, at least ten or eight can you breathe a sigh of relief.
3. Excessive hormone secretion
Stocks have a stimulating effect on the secretion of hormones, and the degree is comparable to the Hollywood movie "The Wolf of Wall Street." Adding a bunch of stocks to the watch list, I feel that each one is beautiful and delicious. Nevertheless, I looked at my million account and sighed that it was a pity I didn't have enough bullets.
As a newbie, who just entered the market, the stock market can perfectly replace the fun of shopping on $Amazon (AMZN.US)$ and shopping in the mall. Buying stocks is like buying bags and shoes.
Novice Trader's Collapse Syndrome
You can treat stocks as a business, or as a lottery of luck. This is your personal choice, but you must do well homework in all aspects of the operational mentality to defeat the market. The market is ever-changing, only master set of principles, don't touch unintelligible stocks, and keep your own land, can you gain long-term win.
