$Ocugen (OCGN.US)$ Top 10 shorted stocks. OCGN market cap is 1.8 billion dollars compared to MRNA 128 billion dollars. Even a market cap of 5 billion would mean a price between $25-$30. $Moderna (MRNA.US)$ is a original manufacturer unlike OCGN which would sell Bharat Biotech’s vaccine. However even a 10% market cap of MRNA would mean a stock of around $60. I just don’t understand as to why is WHO dragging the decision.
