富大哥 : I would suggest to divide your funds into the 2, Keppel DC Reit have limited growth as we discouraged trade with high carbon emissions such as DC...KIT has highly stable revenue..so having a combination of both is good....my 2 cents worth..
Daddy TRex : If u had read into the 2 Reits, you will know that DC stands for Data Centres. Kep Infra is generally City Gas and some other infrastructure assets.
So u need to understand the underlying asset backing the reit before making your investment decision. Thanks.
