Answer Questions
Loving the app but not finding the answers I need using the HELP 'feature'. I've submitted a question several times trying to get an answer about dividends- how they're paid, where they're paid to, and if dividend reinvestment is possible. I get absolutely nothing in return. Either have actual people answer questions or remove the option to ask specific questions and offer FAQ only. The system based response is ineffective and frustrating from a user perspective.

For your questions regarding the dividends: 1. dividends shall be issued to your stock account, in the form of cash. 2. You are able to withdraw the dividends to bank account if you want. 3. The dividends are not allowed to be use for re-investment on moomoo currently. Hope that helps. Have a nice weekend ahead

Marilyn_ : I find that Lily has been able to direct my questions to the relevant party well and that when I do get to the live chat, they were able to attend to my queries. Compared to other platforms, moomoo has its strengths.
saturo Team moomoo : Do you plan any type of scrip feature for dividends? Also intrigued if you have any roadmap with features coming as scrip or order types etc. thanks

BlisteredSister : so the best answer, I'm not seeing here because you're not going to like it.. most every time is dif from case go case. some platforms won't have something implemented to streamline this part and nobody ever wants to say "I don't know" so you will have to check moomoos policy in line with whichever position you might get a dividend from if any. and also some companies pay out multiple times a year compared to once a year.
