Moomoo Moment: My Moomoo Story (Fear to Like)

When the first time i heard about Moomoo, i was sceptical about it, thought it's a just another mediocre app to spooks people.
Slowly, more & more people around me were talking about it. Then my colleagues started using it to trade. This got me interested to learn more about Moomoo app.Finally i was convinced & got onboard to use the app.
At first, all the in app interfaces were too overwhelming to comprehend, maybe I'm too used to the traditional method of trading.
It took me some time to learn the app before i got the hang of it. Furthermore, Moomoo provide a very friendly help center that try their best to answer my enquiry.
This is very important to an app user, that the service provider provides assistance to their users.
This will not only increase their popularity and it also ensure their business is sustainable.

I notice that Moomoo team are pro active & constantly gathering feedback from users.
However, I personally feel that in order to sustain its business, they may want to concentrate more on the frequent traders that use their app. The rationale behind it that once this frequent traders are comfortable (well verse) with Moomoo app. Others will start to follow them, as they are found in Moomoo app, posting their investment.

Lastly, my advice to new traders onboard.
1. Trading is not as easy as just going to a few webinars.
2. Beginner luck will turn into nightmares, if you don't know about Risk Management & Trading Psychology.
3. Educate yourself on trading before even press the BUY.
4. You will burn your account if u skipped 2 & 3.
5. The more convenient trading is (eg. mobile app), the more mistake u will make. Learn a strategy & stick to it. (Strategy can change if needed)

To Moomoo team,
Great job on the app interfaces to data information. Hope you will constantly to improve on it.
Suggestion :
1. Create more tutorial on the different features/interface that in Moomoo app. This will increase the confidence in user to appy it.
2. Have a better rewards system for frequent users. Eg. Extending their free commission period if they met certain criteria.
