101687995 OP Tanya C : It's not only moomoo. Stock is frozen due to circuit breaker so no one can buy in or out. Circuit breaker basically triggers whenever there's a huge influx of sell/buy volume, which the order book isn't balanced. And due to people panic selling right circuit, it will just trips into another circuit with a lower price over and over till it no longer overflow.
