$Medalist Diversified REIT Inc (MDRR.US)$ I buy everytime I have extra $. Cheap for future dividend stock. Not getting much now but I think it will eventually grow once our economy picks up. Risky but I think the rewards will be big, I'm looking at higher dividend and stock prices the next 2 years. long bumpy ride.
