How to Make a Good Value Investment?

1. Conditional stock selection. Select the top three companies with a return on net assets greater than 20% and the comprehensive strength of the industry. In addition, the market value is underestimated, requiring the industry in which the company is located to enter a faster development stage.
2. Firmly hold shares. Once you have identified a stock, you must have the confidence to hold the stock and cannot be driven out of the market by the midway shocks and floating losses. This is the most difficult test for value investors.
3. Enter the market by sub-warehouses. Don't buy all at one go, learn to increase the position in batches gradually. The establishment of an upward trend after every adjustment is a good opportunity for us to increase positions.
4. Appear in batches. Every high position can be appropriately lightened to reduce the cost of holding shares. Then look for low opportunities to cover positions. Doing t on such repeated bands can minimize our holding risks.
