Note: The chance to claim the free stocks for depositing will only be granted after the deposit is settled in your moomoo account and the settling process takes 5-6 working days. You must claim before the promotion period ends.

Claiming the Free Stocks

Go to Me > Promotions > Welcome Bonus to claim the free stocks. If you do not receive the in-app notification within five business days after you have met the promotion criteria, please contact their customer service. https://www.moomoo.com/community/feed/106193669259270?lang_code=2

After being unlocked/unfrozen, the free stocks will be added into your positions in five business days. You can check them at Accounts. You will be able to trade your free stocks once they appear in your positions.

FAQ on Deposits and Withdrawals

1. It takes 5-6 working days for deposits to be settled (show up in your moomoo account). I believe this is because it is possible for ACH transfers to be reversed by the originating bank anytime within the first 5 days. In the meantime, you get instant buying power of your deposit amount (up to max 1000 dollars usually) for buying of stocks (excludes options trading). 3. Accounts > More > Funds Details shows your cash balance (settled and unsettled).

Accounts > Cash Withdrawable shows how much you can withdraw (settled cash only).

To withdraw, pls set up your bank account first at Accounts > More > Bank Account

The settlement period for the US market is T+1 trading days, T being the day of transaction.
