i think u can only rely on dividends to sustain for now. If u want capital gain, buy U.S ETF better.
$CapLand China T(AU8U.SG$ I make more returns buying into U.S ETFs than Singapore stocks. the only ones which I am making money in Singapore stocks are DBS and Hongkongland
