无法资金转出
我想转一笔钱出去，结果失败，原因是“根据反洗钱规定，本次只可以转出xx”。那个xx是账户零头几块钱而已。找遍APP, 也找不到关于反洗钱规定的细则，它是有时间限制，还是账号限制？我是一个月前从A银行转进来，现在想转到B银行，数目很小，不可能是金额限制。为什么不转回A银行？因为转回去要求我手持身份证拍照上传。这我哪儿敢啊，谁知道你拿我照片干什么用。我在美国几十年从来没听过有这种荒谬的要求，只有中国搞什么裸贷校园贷被新闻曝光听说过。

1. INC takes 60 days to withdraw money into A card before it can be withdrawn to B card. There is no restriction on withdrawing money back to A card.
2. User A Bank is a bank card bound by micro deposit. In September, we tied the card in this way to verify the "same name", that is, the user is required to upload relevant information. The requirement was relaxed in October, that is, the "same name" verification is not a necessary step, please do not worry about it.
