I don't think futu and tiger brokerages are the main area of outflow... Rich people always have all the ways to get their money out of China.

This will indeed affect both the mainland investors on futu and tiger app. But the growth rate of both investors for the apps are outside china according to the quarterly reports...  

At the current price, IMO it's more than completely discounting the Chinese investors on the platform. But this cloud will hang over the 2 stocks for a considerable amount of time. Hold tight bulls, this is going to be rough for awhile.
