About information security and rectification.

$Futu Holdings Ltd (FUTU.US)$In my opinion, Futu should not have any problems with compliance in personal information protection, but the relevant departments still need time to verify, mainly because the new law has just been implemented and many details cannot be clearly defined by regulatory authorities, leaving the related enterprises at a loss.
The most likely outcome is that the regulatory authorities will require Futu to rectify according to the new regulations. (In fact, Futu has already undergone rectification last year)
Anyone familiar with the Chinese business environment knows that "rectification" is the most common term for Chinese enterprises or government departments.
Almost every company or government department will carry out rectification every once in a while. This is a process for the government to improve information security and perfect laws and regulations. It is inevitable that there will be some difficulties, but the purpose is not to doom the enterprises, but to make them healthier and the country safer.

  • QMengColdJoke : The goal is to eat, drink, have fun, and achieve results. You can't kill a sheep unless you give orders from a giant flying man

  • 小白菜66 : haha! You are so naive. Tu Gong has real names everywhere, so is there such a thing as personal information security? A red-headed document or even a sentence from a leader works better than the law. Clean up whoever you want to fix, no matter what kind of nonsense.

  • investing陈 : The question is, why do so many big banks need to apply for a license? It's so unfair to be able to do business without a license, isn't it?
