$Ocugen (OCGN.US)$ you guys can't beat yourself up over this. we are the little guys, we have to be smart and not chase. always wait and see who publishes news on a stock. if you Benzinga, stay away. they work for the hedge funds. if a stock rises 13 to 15% premarket, don't buy it. 9 out 10 times it will go negative by open and it won't even trigger SSR.
