No one is telling where is the issue!

$Futu Holdings Ltd (FUTU.US)$ State media keeps talking about 'illegal activities' but no one had pointed where the problem actually lies. Why are they not telling if authorities are taking issue with the account-opening process or cross-border remittances, or with the very idea of offshore stock trading (all of which are legal activities as of now)? That's because they don't know it themselves! Meanwhile Futu sincerely continues to follow all the applicable laws ...
