$UP Fintech (TIGR.US)$ By looking at the latest education sector news today, I regained some confidence that the government might allow a case-by-case approval to both brokerages firms. I am excited to see whats coming and am hearten that the Chinese government is willing to "negotiate" terms. Loading up more in the next few days :) Hold strong my friends....
