Normally I hold my money and buy Stock on Friday, (after using Moomoo graph to check is that a upward trend) If is a good Stock, If will it immediately rise, If not rising, I will wait till Monday (a good selling day) to sell. After that I will hold my money, look for some good Stock to purchase on Friday. For Futu case, I was stuck at 85, then I set Moomoo app to buy small amount at 79, 78..sleep and when I woke up, it drop to 70...I feel something wrong then I read comment to feel the problem, I waited for 1 or 2 day, I decided to sell all 185 shares and hold my money. Then I started my recovery plan using the above method and I almost fully recovered. Hope this will help you from my personal experience!
