Facebook internal research: 360 million users are addicted to it

$Meta Platforms (FB.US)$ According to internal Facebook documents, the company’s researchers found that one in eight users reported that using the app harmed their sleep, work, and interpersonal relationships. Researchers estimate that these issues affect 12.5% of the more than 2.9 billion users of the app, which is equivalent to more than 360 million people.
