Capitaland Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT)
Read an SGX article and looked into a few of the REITs with higher dividend yields. CICT looked the most reasonably priced based on P/E and P/S ratios and with a decent yield. Financials look solid and it also has a strong sponsor and great assets which are what we’re after in REITs. Bought in at $2.17 and $2.16 earlier today. Good luck to those who will be joining me 😊
