With increased focus on the global climate and how the urban landscape impacts sustainable development, the demand for green buildings and practices have also risen, which brings a unique investment opportunity.

$UOB APAC Green REIT ETF (GRN.SG)$ (the "Fund") is the world's first APAC Green Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) ETF. The Fund aims to replicate the iEdge-UOB APAC Yield Focus Green REIT Index (the "Index").

Developed by SGX as part of the SGX iEdge product suite, in collaboration with UOBAM, the index selects and covers 50 higher-yielding REITs listed across the region that display relatively better environmental performance based on GRESB's real estate assessment and also meet the minimum liquidity requirements.

Futu Singapore Pte. Ltd ("Futu SG") willparticipate in the initial offering period (IOP) of the UOB APAC Green REIT ETF. This ETF aims toreplicate as closely as possible, before expenses, the performance of the iEdge-UOB APAC Yield Focus Green REIT Index.

Clients will be able to apply via the moomoo App (Trade - IPO Subscription - SG) during the subscription period from November 5th, 2021, 10am to November 16th, 2021, 12pm.

If investors make a minimum subscription of 4,000SGD of UOB APAC Green REIT ETFduring the subscription period from November 5th, 2021 to November 16th, 2021 (both dates inclusive)and have not withdrawn the subscription before the subscription deadline will get an 18.8 SGD worth of Cash Coupons for trading on moomoo.

Event Rules

1. Event Period：November 5th, 2021 to November 16th, 2021 (both dates inclusive).

2. Investors needs make a minimum subscription of4,000SGDof UOB APAC Green REIT ETF during the event period andhave not withdrawn the subscription before the subscription deadline. Subscribe Now>>

3.Within 7 trading days after the allotment, Futu SG will issue the cash coupon to the subscription account and you will receive system and email notices.

4. Check the Activation Date and Effective Date on the Coupons detail.If not used within the validity period, it will automatically be expired.

5. If you already made a subscription toUOB APAC Green REIT ETF and want to re-subscribe to meet up the event requirement, you still qualify to the event requirement as long as youmake a minimum subscription of4,000SGDof UOB APAC Green REIT ETF during the event period andhave not withdrawn the subscription before the subscription deadline.

6. How to use：

① You need to open a Futu securities account to use the cash coupon.

② Cash coupons will be automatically used after the cash coupon is issued to your account. You can go to "My"- "Coupons" - "Records" - "Used“ to see the records.

③After the cash coupon is used, the amount will be issued to your securities account within 3 trading days. You can go to "Securities account"-"Funds Details“ to see the records.

High Profit Low Loss : If I have spare cash then maybe I will invest in this etf. As there are many ESG ETFs out there in the markets, need to check it up before investing.
