If I have a windfall of $1M, I will invest all into Singapore property. As we know that Singapore have limited land, long term return for property price have only 1 direction. Steady and safe as compared to stocks, ETF, Coins etc. I will only use my savings to build up a portfolio :
20% cash,
50% in stock,
10% in Reits and
20% in bonds.
20% cash,
50% in stock,
10% in Reits and
20% in bonds.
