Before one decides to allocate the funds, one should first consider his own circumstances. If he has $1m in high interest debt, then he should repay the debt first. Factors include age, total assets and liabilities, planned expenses, any dependents or associated expenses, risk tolerance and investment horizon.

5% individual stock picks
5% gold or crypto
