101557970 : Did you lose a lot of money in this counter? Otherwise why would you be so critical? If you are looking for high short term return, this is likely not suitable for you, go look at US Tech stocks instead. If you have a long term investment horizon, why be bothered by short term under performance (due to covid, China Property crisis etc)? Ultimately, this counter offers ~7% dividend yield and a strong sponsor. Whether it will continue to underperform long term(1,3,5,10 years or more), only time will tell. Cheers!

101557970 JJ Hou OP : 6.77% to be exact :) long term investors have the privilege to look beyond the short term underperformance. Sasseur reit’s EMA model has its own risk. If you are comfortable with that, then great. Ultimately, either CCT or Sasseur, many of us just wanna sleep with a peaceful mind.

Investphil : Depending on your investment strategy and time horizon. If you want immediate return, trade U.S stocks. Ride on the trend and you can make some quick or even big return within short time. For this stock, time horizon is longer, more so in Singapore market where Liquidity is lacking. I foresee it will only turn better when the property developer woes are over and government stop all the probing into tech stocks.
