Bull FYC OP JJ Hou : different from other Reit, Sasseur's rent structure to its tenants has both fixed and variable components for each property rent increases (fixed escalation rate of +3.0% p.a. and variable component is pegged to a % of each property’s total sales (ranging between 4.0% to 5.5%) eg Sasseur collect more rental for higher tenant sales and if tenant not doing well Sasseur still get a fixed 3% increase in rent.
