investing for idiots

with the world being constantly in a state of upheaval there's really no way one can't be invested. that being said, Mr Buffet has a strategy of buy and hold for the long term growth of capital and investing in cash businesses such as insurance, travel and energy. I believe following that strategy and system is the best for potential growth and phenomenal roi. just my humble opinion though.
