$AIMS APAC Reit (O5RU.SG)$ AIMS APAC REIT Closes Acquisition of Woolworths Headquarters in Australia

09:41 PM EST, 11/15/2021 (MT Newswires) -- AIMS APAC REIT (SGX:O5RU) has completed the acquisition of the headquarters of Australian retailer Woolworths Group (ASX:WOW) for AU$463.3 million ($341.0 million).

Located in New South Wales, the freehold property is fully leased to the Australian retailer, comprises three interconnected buildings that house an A-grade office accommodation, a data-center operation and amenities.

Following the acquisition, AIMS APAC now owns a total of 29 industrial properties, comprising 26 properties in Singapore and 3 in Australia, according to a Monday release.
